About Child Homes' Federation Nepal (CHFN)

Child Homes' Federation Nepal (CHFN) emanated as an umbrella organization of all children homes' throughout the Nepal and was established on 2^nd of June 2010 in Kathmandu. It was registered in District Administrative Office (DAO) Kathmandu under Organization Registration Act 2034 BS with its registration number 1279/067.

CHFN is an autonomous, independent, non-political and not profit making organization governed by its own Statute. CHFN has a national level network of children homes' in the country.

More than 300 children homes' from across the Nepal has affiliated with CHFN where more than ten thousand children are surviving under their shelter.  It has already accessed in five different districts through its district committees and also networking in regional level through its regional committees.

CHFN actively participates in numerous national and international level issues related to child protection and child rights.

CHFN has planning to produce its newsletter, appeal, press release and interaction programs etc to achieve its goal and objectives.
